Endless Summer Pools keeps pools clean, balanced and swim-ready for customers right across South Sarasota County — Venice, Englewood, North Port, Nokomis and the West Villages. We are a small crew, and the work is hands-on, outdoors and independent.
Pool Service Technician
Full-time · South Sarasota County · $20–$25 per hour
We are hiring a Pool Service Technician to take on a weekly service route, mostly residential with some commercial properties. We train you, and then the route is yours to run. You get a branded company vehicle and the equipment you need.
What matters most to us is someone we can count on to show up, do the job properly, and treat our customers’ backyards like their own.
What you’ll do
- Service a set weekly route of residential and commercial pools
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Skim, brush, vacuum and clean tile
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets, clean filters
- Inspect pumps, motors and equipment, and flag problems early
- Keep clear service records for every stop
- Talk with customers on site when needed
What we’re looking for
- A self-starter — you will be on your own most of the day
- Reliable and punctual; customers expect the same day each week
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat
- Able to lift and carry at least 60 lbs
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Pride in the work and a good manner with customers
No pool experience? That is fine. We will train you on our process, our chemistry and your route.
